Control Over The Right Sidebar | Feature Added
In Britnett-Carver2 and Britnett-CarverADV StoreManager, you now have control over the right sidebar -- show or hide it -- on all product-related pages, i.e. product category pages (listing all products in a given category), product detail pages, product function pages (product inquiry email to store owner, email a friend about product, show more images of product). The setting can be found in: Web Site > Master Template > Layout >> Main Panels Show/Hide. In that section, you will see a new field, outlined in red on the right: This gives you separate control over the show/hide of the right sidebar for main pages vs. product pages (i.e. just because you set "Show Right Sidebar" to 'Yes', which is for all main (non-product pages), doesn't mean the product pages will show the right sidebar -- the product pages control is separate per this new field). Thus, the "old standard" can still be achieved as and when desired, i.e. main pages show the right sidebar but all product pages do not. The default for showing the product pages right sidebar is 'No', i.e. hide the right sidebar for product pages by default. Please let Support know how this new feature works for you, especially for those sites in question in which bespoke design was breaking product pages because the background image used in the right sidebar wasn't showing.
