A very good customer of mine recently cancelled his BizSub account  I don't want to give his name - lets call him Jack.   Jack has a super Britnett-Carver website with a shopping cart working well.  He was a Bizsub customer for some years, the website was producing fantastic results in the form of orders and contacts - so much so, the Carver website and BizSub have in his words "changed his business".
 
A couple of months ago he called to say   "We are happy with the website, however we have made alternative arrangements for the optimisation".   I was surprised so I phoned Jack, it came clear he had made his mind up.  He had received a call from a Search Engine Optimisation specialist who guaranteed results.  I couldn't talk him out of it so he closed his account.
