 I met Adrian, the owner of Star Cobblers, a boot and shoe repairers in Barnard Castle.  We chatted and Adrian asked what I do for a living I explained "I make business Fly On-Line".

We set up a meeting at our offices and agreed to build a website based on his shop flyer's.  Britnett Graphics made the Draft and Adrian Oked it.  The site went live 3/10/2007.

Adrian called me often to make changes and to complain his site was not producing any enquiries.  Even though I explained to him it can take some months - really one year - before he can accurately evaluate the return on investment.

I thought I would lose him as a client as he was highly sceptical and steadily convincing himself his investment was a loss.

On the 15/5/2008 Adrian called with the good news.  "Paul; credit where its due, the site is working.  I'm receiving enquiries and people are commenting they found me through the website"
