All Carver websites have the option to add a shopping cart.  See price list for suggested prices to your client.

Payment options:  Gateway to PayPal | Direct to site owner | Pay by Cheque | Pay on Account.

PAYPAL - You client can gateway to PayPal (FREE OPTION) this will never allow the CC details to be viewed.  -  this way the Carver Cart will communicate with PayPal and put payment into your clients account.  Site owner is advised by email of order detail to be dispatched and within carver.  Your client will need to open a PayPal account (Carver supports PayPal "Website Payments Standard", and not "Payments Pro".) and the contact email address should be the same as email address within Carver.

DIRECT - Set up cart to send CC details to your client (site owner).  CC details are sent to within Admin then processed with a in-house PDQ machine - like taking a telephone CC order.

The Carver system is set up in a way that once an order is filed the CC details are deleted permanently.  The site is password protected therefore only your client (site owner) can see the details for processing use.  This is the same as taking a CC order on the phone in which case the written down CC details must be destroyed after processing.
