January 18th, 2010 I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the exceptional service I have had from Britnett Graphics Department. I recently ask Support to design a wholesale commercial site for my client MGW Seafoods Ltd. This site needed to be extremely impressive, as it would be viewed by professional buyers worldwide. The result at www.mgwseafoodsltd.co.uk fits that remit exactly! The graphics team at Britnett are exceptional in their ability to produce results of the highest quality. Support, in particular, has demonstrated prompt and efficient service for my clients every time. Tuesday, October 27th, 2009 at 12:10 pm. You have also embraced the aspect of new media that I wanted to explore in a more than efficient way. I wanted to be able to display video tutorials that would make my site more dynamic to the viewer and keep them interested. This then links in with other web forums like YouTube and Facebook perfectly. All that’s left to do is for me to start filming! You have responded to every request I have had for the site –you have enabled me to advertise other BNI member services by direct links to the Rombus online backup at the touch of a button and there is plenty of scope to add more advertisers in the future. I also requested a news feed aspect on the site –something that you integrated with ease-so I now have all the latest photography and imaging news from around the world scrolling along a section of the site –again making it more interesting to the viewer. In addition to the technical aspects of the site, you have been highly professional and helpful throughout it’s creation and have let me have creative control when I wanted it. A general conversation with my account about this, turned out to be very helpful as he put me in touch with Claire Blenkinsop – a Britnett Web Services Consultant. From my first meeting with Claire I was very impressed with her knowledge and understanding of what we needed. Claire put together a “To Do List” concentrating on SEO and got to work right away, and made the necessary changes to our website. Not only did Claire do all the work proposed, she spent a great deal of time and effort to correct many errors on our site and improve the wording content to make it more “Search Friendly”. We have been with Britnett Consultant for a few months now and we are now on Google’s 1st page with most of our key search words. We have a very good client who was experiencing some problems this morning with payments not going through his site’s Shopping Cart – the problems were probably caused by the client inadvertently changing some settings – when I contacted Support he went to the bother of looking into the problem in detail, identified the cause, fixed it, created a ‘test’ product and put through a dummy sale to confirm everything was working fine – all in the space of minutes. I, again, am delighted with this latest example of excellent service – more importantly so is our client! Mike even spent £0.10p on the test purchase – look out for it on expenses!
