These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Britnett Travel & Tourism. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Britnett Travel & Tourism. Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • Payment Terms: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before your departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received more than 60 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 30-60 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days before departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip, including medical expenses, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.

Liability

Britnett Travel & Tourism is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
